Nadiya’s Savoury French Toast (Low FODMAP) is inspired and adapted to a Low FODMAP diet recipe, from Nadiya Hussain’s BBC programme “Nadiya’s Time to Eat”. It is a very tasty proposition for a breakfast or lunch. Crunchy layer of fried bread, with delicate garlic aromas and melt in the mouth Cheddar cheese – what else would you want from a French Toast?
- This Savoury French Toast smells amazingly with garlic, cheese and ham.
- You can use up any Low FODMAP stale bread for this recipe. Soaking in egg mix will help to revive it!
