Low FODMAP Chicken legs baked in oats and rosemary

I found this recipe in a Polish “Kuchnia Dietetyczna” book (“Diet Cuisine”).
Those Low FODMAP chicken legs baked in oats are very easy to make and oats give a nice, crunchy outside layer.

Ingredients for 2 Low FODMAP chicken legs baked in oats:

2 pieces skinless chicken leg quarter
60 g porridge oats
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
salt, pepper to taste
1 egg white


Instructions for 2 Low FODMAP chicken legs baked in oats:

  1. Preheat then oven at 200 degrees C.
  2. Mix oats with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip meat pieces in the  egg, then in oats.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Make sure that the meat is cooked through before serving.
