I love eggs for breakfast and I make them in many different variations. Boiled egg is the healthiest, but with minimum of oil spray used, I also enjoy this easy Omelette with Spinach and Ham.

This recipe is:

Gluten Free         

Lactose Free         

Low Carb         

High in Protein

Ingredients for 1 portion of an Omelette with Spinach and Ham:


2 eggs
2 ham slices
a handful of a fresh spinach
salt and pepper to taste
10x sprays of oil spray


Instructions to make an Omelette with Spinach and Ham:


Preheat a non stick pan on a medium heat.

 

 

Spray pan with oil.

Mix 2 eggs with a fork in a bowl, then add to a pan.

When nearly set, turn it over.

Add fresh spinach and 2 ham slices and roll in, like a wrap.
