Ingredients for 11 pancakes of a Low Fodmap banana pancakes:

 

For the batter:
75 g Gluten free flour (this time I used my own mix, which was more runny, therefore I had a bit more pancakes).
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5x sprays olive oil spray
1 egg
100 g unripe banana
90 g 1.5 % lactose free milk
 
For garnish:
100 g Greek yogurt, lactose free
50 g unripe banana – can be replaced with any fresh soft fruit: blueberries (my favourite), strawberries, raspberries (max. 60 g).
2 tbsp. maple syrup

Instructions for a Low Fodmap banana pancakes:

Put the batter ingredients in the blender – liquidiser and blend, then fry on non stick pan, with a little bit of spray oil.
Serve with yogurt, fruit and drizzled with maple syrup.
