Whether you are on a Low FODMAP diet or not, it is difficult to always stay on track and eat healthy all day. Of course, we all deserve a treat sometimes, but our daily snacks should rather consist of protein, fruit and vegetables then biscuits, doughnuts and crisps.

This Low FODMAP healthy snack idea with egg veg and fruit is a great option that you can prepare ahead, pack it in your bag and eat whenever you need it!

Ingredients for a Low FODMAP healthy snack:

2 eggs, hard boiled

50 g red pepper

50 g yellow pepper

61 g carrot

16 g romaine lettuce – 1 leaf

54 g cucumber

1/2 medium orange

Instructions for a Low FODMAP healthy snack:

  1. Hard boil 2 eggs. Cool them in a cold water.
  2. Wash and weigh all of the vegetables. Cut them to the size you want.
  3. Place all ingredients in layers in a tupperware box.
  4. Enjoy it, wherever you go!
