Ingredients for a Low FODMAP healthy snack:
2 eggs, hard boiled
50 g red pepper
50 g yellow pepper
61 g carrot
16 g romaine lettuce – 1 leaf
54 g cucumber
1/2 medium orange
Instructions for a Low FODMAP healthy snack:
- Hard boil 2 eggs. Cool them in a cold water.
- Wash and weigh all of the vegetables. Cut them to the size you want.
- Place all ingredients in layers in a tupperware box.
- Enjoy it, wherever you go!
