I struggled with IBS most of my life, without knowing what’s wrong, only few months ago my GP referred me to a dietician and I started LOW FODMAP diet. First withdrawal of all possible triggers, then reintroducing and now I am eating what I know is good for me, avoiding my triggers, that can be different to each of you. In the same time I am trying to lose weight, by eating healthy.
Here you can find recipes that connect both of those topics, they are healthy, gluten free and delicious. I’m NOT a dietician or nutritionist, and I don’t claim to be a professional help, but I do hold a Level 2 Nutrition and Health training.
