Low FODMAP courgette and bacon scrambled egg
Today my inspiration is courgette. It is very versatile vegetable, that can be used both raw and cooked.

Ingredients for a Low FODMAP courgette and bacon scrambled egg:
20 g smoked bacon
2 eggs
65 g courgette
10 x oil spray, to fry it all.
Instructions for a Low FODMAP courgette and bacon scrambled egg:
First, preheat a pan on a medium heat, then spray few times with oil.
Add smoked bacon, and when crispy, courgette.
When courgette is cooked but still crunchy, add 2 eggs and make a scramble.
