Firstly, heat up the milk in a small pot.
Grate some of the orange zest, about half a teaspoon. Do not add more, because the hot chocolate will be tasting only of the orange!
Measure the rest of dry ingredients ( cacao powder, sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeinto a jug. Add a 1/4 of the heated milk and mix it well, using a tablespoon, making sure that all of the cacao powder is dissolved. Only then add the rest of the hot milk and mix it well again.
Pour the orangey and spicy hot chocolate into a mug and enjoy!
