Method
- Slice the tomato in thick pieces. Place them in a plate, together with a sliced radishes.
- Flake the smoked mackerel and place on top. Cube the feta cheese and sprinkle on top of the salad.
- Season to taste and decorate with a basil leaves.
- Enjoy!
Notes
For this recipe and in general I would suggest using original Greek feta cheese and not "Feta style" cheese. It is because the original one has been tested for FODMAPs.
