This Low FODMAP Gluten Free Pasta with Strawberries is a very simple dish. All it takes is to boil the pasta and the rest of things you can make while the pasta is cooking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten free, uncooked pasta
  • 40 g twaróg Polish curdle cheese
  • 30 g natural, lactose free yogurt
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 3 large strawberries

Method
 

  1. Boil the pasta, according to the packaging instructions.
  2. In the meantime, mash the twaróg cheese with a lactose free, natural yogurt, using a fork.
  3. Wash and slice the strawberries.
  4. Assemble. Place the pasta in a bowl, then top it up with curdle cheese, strawberries and a sugar.
